Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, EMS, Fedex, UPS. It usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive

A: First, Artwork for Visual confimation, and next is sample picture or sending sample for you

Q: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer one year warranty for the product.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: When your order is ready for delivery you will receive an email from us with our delivery partners tracking details if they’re available. You will also receive updates from our delivery partner throughout the delivery journey. If your order contains multiple items it may be sent from different locations in multiple parcels. If that happens, you’ll receive an email for each parcel when it’s ready for delivery.

Q: Only part of my order has been dispatched or delivered. Will I receive the additional goods I ordered?

A: Sometimes the items you’ve ordered are stored in different locations.

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we often dispatch the items separately. We’ll let you know via email whether there are any outstanding items that will be delivered separately or need to be collected at a later date. The rest of your order should be with you in no time.
